Adelaide Health Simulation

Our world-class education, training and assessment centre is located in the University of Adelaide’s stunning Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences building in the heart of the BioMed City precinct, alongside the Royal Adelaide Hospital, the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (external link) (external link) and the University’s medical and nursing schools.

Adelaide Dental Simulation Clinic

At the Adelaide Dental Simulation Clinic, you’ll have the opportunity to practise real-world patient-care procedures in a highly technologically advanced environment. Remarkable haptic technology will provide you with immediate tactile feedback while performing different tasks, and you’ll have access to the latest audio-visual equipment to further enhance your learning experience.

Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences building

In 2017, the University’s new 14-floor, $246 million Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences (AHMS) building opened, signalling an exciting new era in health education. Located in the heart of the Adelaide BioMed City, alongside the new Royal Adelaide Hospital and South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), the AHMS building is home to the new Adelaide Dental Hospital.

BioMed City

The A$3.8 billion Adelaide BioMed City is one of the largest health and life sciences clusters in the southern hemisphere. Located in the CBD, it brings together research, education, clinical care and business development.
