Honours
Honours programs can be undertaken through the Rural Clinical School.
These programs are designed to develop your knowledge and skills in your chosen area of research as well as general skills for working independently, critical reasoning, scientific writing and presentation.
Honours students undertake a full year research project (or part-time equivalent) and the program aims to:
- Provide mentored training and education in scientific research methods
- Develop your skills for independent critical thought and learning
- Develop your logical reasoning, written and oral presentation skills
- Encourage interest in a broad range of rural health related issues
