Advance care planning with vulnerable populations report
On 26 August the Advance care planning with vulnerable populations report was officially launched at Government House in Adelaide. This report details the activities, participants, and findings of research conducted between 2017-2023 that aimed to identify what is, what could be, and what should be done to support effective advance care planning and associated end-of-life care conversations within ‘vulnerable communities’—those at a greater risk for poor health outcomes than most of the population.
