HDA and ARACY present forum: Get evidence off the shelf and into children's lives
On 24 October 2018, HDA and the Australian Research Aliance for Children and Youth (ARACY) co-hosted a forum on Get evidence off the shelf and into children's lives to an audience of 102 people.
The forum was chaired by HDA Co-convenor Professor Claire Roberts, Robinson Research Institute, University of Adelaide.
Presenters included:
- Ms Penny Dakin (Acting CEO, ARACY): The Nest: young Australians at the centre from development to delivery
- Ms Cheryl Malone (Channel Manager, Early Years and Child Development, Department for Education): Implementing a common framework for use in services who work with vulnerable children and families
- Dr Claire Ralfs (Chief Executive Officer, Relationships Australia (SA)): It takes a community to build a nest: how service partnerships can help fledgling families
- Mr Dan Cox (Executive Director, Early Intervention Research Directorate, Department of the Premier and Cabinet): Evidence based early intervention for SA children: how best to align our collective actions!
