This study aims to
The study comprises a questionnaire follow-up to the National Dental Telephone Interview Survey.
- determine the prevalence of dental fear and phobia in Australia through a national data collection using a number of measures of dental fear;
- develop a new measure of dental fear; and
- to provide additional information informing the Cognitive Vulnerability Model of the etiology of fear.
