Our Services
We hope that participants leave debriefing sessions knowing that a supportive community of health care professionals exists and is accessible at the times when managing the current situation feels overwhelming.
Debriefing sessions
If you would like to participate in a debriefing session, you will need to book in to a session.
You have the option of booking a session and debriefing with health care professionals that you may not know, or coordinating with colleagues to book a session as a group. Debriefing sessions will include one or two facilitators and up to six health care professionals.
Once you have booked in, you will receive a confirmation email that provides a Zoom link for your session as well as an outline of ‘group norms’ that will need to be adhered to throughout each session. These have been designed to ensure confidentiality is maintained and that discussions are respectful.
We are not counsellors or psychotherapists. Debrief sessions are not designed to provide answers or advice. If you are struggling to cope and need these types of services, we can facilitate referrals or provide information so that you can find the right service for you.
