New paper by Thomas Grace - a semiautomated method to measure osteolytic lesion volume and bone mineral density

A paper describing a new semiautomated method to measure osteolytic lesion volume and bone mineral density within regions of interest (pubis,
ischium and ilium) of the acetabulum using CT segmentation, landmark identification and a custom written MATLAB code.

The method is described in detail and supplementary material, such as the MATLAB code, is made publicly available to encourage implementation of the method. Furthermore, the accuracy and reliability of measuring lesion volume using computed tomography segmentation is demonstrated as well as the reliability of the overall method.
