Do you have a global overseas study experience within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences on your resume? If you’re like us, you probably took 238794 trillion photos.Whether you’re selfie royalty or a champion of natural landscapes, an insta-foodie or a culture king or queen, we want to you to share your experiences.

Make us jealous. Bring on the smiles. Get our mouths watering. Relish the wanderlust.


  • Health: images that encapsulate health and medical sciences in an overseas context (e.g. hospital settings, medical apparel, etc).
  • People, food and culture: images which capture the local population, your culinary adventures and culture of the country (e.g. the local butcher in Hanoi, bier and wurst in Munich, a tea ceremony in Tokyo).
  • Places, environment and architecture: images that reflect the incredible local places, environment, and architecture (e.g. The Rhine, Great Wall, or Colosseum).

The best overall submission—chosen by Executive Dean Alastair Burt—will receive the Executive Dean’s Award.


We are offering great prizes to the value of $100 in each category, in addition to an exciting Executive Dean’s Prize to the value of $200. Further details will be available shortly.
