Early Career Researcher Mentored Project Development Program
The Early Career Researcher (ECR) Mentored Project Development Program is designed to foster a productive mentor-mentee relationship between an ECR (mentee) and a senior academic staff member (mentor). The ECR will work closely with a mentor of their choice to co-develop a new area of research. The mentor will guide the ECR throughout the process and help the ECR develop the skills and independence necessary to make them competitive for local or national funding applications (small projects or fellowships). There will be up to ten ECR mentored Project Development Grants awarded to the value of $10k - $15K each.
