Dental Research and Education Fund - patient

The Dental Research and Education Fund (DREF) manages the Adelaide Dental School’s professional networking and fundraising activities, and fosters a sense of community within the dental industry.

The DREF’s aim is to help the school improve people’s quality of life through outstanding dental care, by:

  • raising funds for the pursuit of new knowledge through dental research
  • supporting the education of tomorrow's dentistry leaders
  • fostering a sense of community among dental professionals, industry representatives and members of the public
  • strengthening and supporting the Adelaide Dental School at the University of Adelaide.

SEED sub-group

An important part of the DREF is the Supporting Educational Excellence in Dentistry (SEED) sub-group. With support from External Relations, the SEED team undertakes regular networking and fundraising activities designed to enable our dental school to continue making a difference in the health and well-being of our community, and maintain our renowned tradition of excellence.
