Human Reproductive Health IIIThe Discipline teaches a third year course in the Bachelor of Health Sciences: Human Reproductive Health III. This one semester course is a problem based course with an emphasis on student directed learning in groups. The aims are to introduce students to the social, medical, scientific, moral and ethical issues associated with human reproduction and its regulation. Students will be expected to gain sufficient understanding of the biology of human reproduction to critically evaluate past, present and emerging methods of investigation and management of reproductive function. The Course Overview has a summary of the course aims and structure and information on assessment. Course material and reading lists are available to enrolled students via MyUni and are updated prior to each lecture topic.
