Programs

The School of Dentistry at the University of Adelaide offers a selection of programmes of study at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.  Its programs attract high quality applicants based on the innovative educational methods used and the quality of the academic staff.   There is a strong focus in all programs on the development of a mature, self-directed approach to learning that will then be further developed after graduation.  In terms of clinical practice, emphasis is placed on a minimally invasive approach to management of dental diseases that draws on the most recent evidence available.  The strong research tradition of the school and the concentration of internationally-recognised researchers within the school leads to a stimulating learning environment.
